What currency are your prices in?
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).

Where do you post to and how are my items shipped?
We post within Australia and overseas, and all our orders are sent via Australia Post.

When will I receive my order?
Postage within Australia will take between 2 to 4 working days, and postage overseas will take between 5 to 30 working days to reach your door (depending upon country).

We are a tiny two person operation and we post your order out as soon as payment is processed.

Can I pick up my order from your studio?
Unfortunately it's not possible to collect orders from our home-based studio at this time.

Are all sales final?
Yes, all sales are final. Please read the description and dimensions of the item/s you wish to purchase carefully. If you are in doubt about the particulars of an item you wish to purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us prior to purchase (hi@gracialouise.com) and we’ll happily assist you.

Please note that colors may appear brighter or vary slightly to the original depending upon your screen calibration.

All due care is taken to package your goods to ensure they arrive to you safe and sound.

Do you offer a refund/return for goods damaged in the post?
All orders are checked and packaged safely before we send them.

If your order does arrive damaged by the post, please contact us ASAP (hi@gracialouise.com). Please include your name, contact  and order details, and the nature of the damage. And please include a photo of the packaging and damaged product.

Can you insure an overseas parcel?
Yes, certainly. We can insure any parcel to an overseas destination for you. Please email us (hi@gracialouise.com) and together we can cook up plans to suit you.

Do you have a newsletter? 
Yes, we do. You can subscribe at the bottom of our site and occasionally receive exclusive discounts and information on new products.

We do not share or sell your information to any third parties, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
