- Are all your items handmade?
- With the exception of our printed blank greeting cards, all our hammer & daisy goodies are completely handmade from start to finish. Our journals, pouches, pencil cases, owl pinnies and scribblers are all one of a kind, lovingly handcrafted pieces. Each piece has a slightly different finish inherent to hand production, which we believe is part of the joy of purchasing handmade goodies.
Thelma’s felt pins and stuffies are equally made by hand, from the sewing table up.
Works on paper, and zines, too, are also made by hand albeit with the aid of a lithographic proofing press and a photocopier (in the case of the zines).
- What currency are your prices in?
- All prices are shown in Australian dollars. If you would prefer to see the prices in US dollars then you may like to swing by our etsy store. Filled to capacity with our cards, A7 scribblers, zines, Thelma’s felt pins and a handful of personable owl pinnies, our etsy store shows the measurements in inches, and payments are (also) all made via your paypal account. This may be allot easier for some of you already familiar with the large etsy arena of fun.
- Where do you post to and how are my items shipped?
- We post within Australia & overseas, and all our orders are mailed via Australia Post.
All orders over $20.00 within Australia are sent via Registered Mail.
- When will I receive my order?
- Postage within Australia will take between two to four working days, and postage to an overseas destination will take between seven to ten working days to reach your door.
We are a super tiny two person operation and shall endeavour to get your order out as quickly as possible (once payment is processed).
- Are all sales final?
- Yes, all sales are final. Please read the description and dimensions of the item/s you wish to purchase carefully. If you are in doubt about the particulars of an item you wish to purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us via email prior to purchase. We’ll happily assist you.(Please note that on screen colors may appear brighter or vary slightly to the actual fabrics depending upon your screen calibration.)
- Can you insure an overseas parcel?
- Yes, certainly. We will gladly insure any parcel to an overseas destination for you. Please contact us via trusty email and we can organize the particulars and together we can cook up plans. To insure a parcel overseas, off the top of our heads, you are looking at an additional $8.00 (AUD) minimum.
- Can you keep me in the loop and add me to your mailing list?
- Yes, of course. Wing us an email with “Please, add me to your mailing list” in the subject line and we’ll gladly add you to the list.

- Of course, you’ll find some awaiting your gaze over here.
