Our artists’ book, Those Two Daring Pirates, was launched at Hound Dog’s Bop Shop in West Melbourne, to the sounds of music played live by The Pelican Duet. With serves of piping hot, mouthwatering Red Beans & Rice on offer, too, this book pays a colourful homage to the Cresent City, New Orleans.
The first ten in this limited edition came housed in a painted screenboard slip box with New Orleans themed collage along the spine by Peter Haby.
We have edition number 13 (unlucky for some, maybe lucky for you) available and at the ready. This artists’ book is an edition of thirty with one artists’ proof.
Artists’ book details:
A single color lithographic offset print, hand colored with pencil on Aquarelle Arches 100% pure cotton hot pressed 300gsm paper.
18 cm x 18 cm twenty two page concertina, bound in cotton by the artists.
Printed by Redwood Prints.
Edition of 30 with one artists’ proof, 2004.
